James Vincent Martin Jr., 88, of Allentown, PA, passed away peacefully on December 11, 2024. Born in Bethlehem, PA, he was the son of the late James and Adella Martin. A proud U.S. Army and Air Force veteran, James worked for Western Electric and later retired from Lucent Technologies in 2001. James was previously a member of Seibert EC Church and also attended Cedar Crest Bible Fellowship Church, both in Allentown He was a member of the Seibert Church bowling league, had a deep love for sports, especially following the Philadelphia Eagles, and treasured his time spent with family. James is survived by his beloved wife of nearly 59 years, Kathleen; daughters Denise (Dr. Gregory Todd) and Erika (Andrew Keightley); and five grandchildren: Gregory II, Evan, Ryan, Emma, and Tyler.
