James F. Hamershock James F. Hamershock, 53, of Macungie, died August 3, 2010 in his home. He was the husband of Darlene L. (Casey) Hamershock. They celebrated their 35th wedding anniversary on March 8, 2010. Born in Bethlehem, he was the son of Anna E. (Winter) Hamershock of Bethlehem and the late Lawrence J. Hamershock. He was the Director of Parts and Services for Brown Truck Group, Bloomsbury, NJ. He was a member of Alburtis Rod and Gun Club. Survivors: Wife; Mother; Sons, Michael J. Hamershock and wife Jennifer of Emmaus and James Hamershock of Macungie; Brothers, Lawrence P. Hamershock and wife Maria of Myrtle Beach, SC, Michael J. Hamershock of Allentown, Joseph J. Hamershock of Allentown, and John L. Hamershock and wife Michele of Schnecksville; Grandsons, Dawson, Gunner, and James, III. He was predeceased by a daughter, Angela. Services: Viewing Saturday, August 7, 2010 form 10:00 to 11:00 AM in the Schantz Funeral Home, Inc., 250 Main Street, Emmaus. Memorial Service Wednesday, August 11, 2010 at 10:30 AM in St. Peters Union Church, 7863 St. Peters Rd., Macungie. Interment will follow the memorial service in St. Peters Union Cemetery.
