James H. Fegley, Jr. James H. Fegley, Jr., 52, of Wescosville, formerly of Zionsville, died August 8, 2008 in the Lehigh Valley Hospital Inpatient Hospice Unit. He was the husband of Andrea T. (Dychala) Fegley. They celebrated their 29th wedding anniversary in November 2007. Born in Allentown, he was the son of Dorothy M. (Schmaldinst) Fegley of Zionsville and the late James H. Fegley, Sr. He worked as a computer operator for People First Federal Credit Union for many years. Previously, he worked as a teller for the former First National Bank, Allentown. He was a member of Zions Evangelical Lutheran Church, Old Zionsville. Survivors: Wife; Mother; Daughters, Allison M. Fegley of Allentown and Kimberly L.
