Harold N. Bitner, Jr., 76, of Zionsville, died Jan. 10, 2023 in Phoebe Home.  He was the husband of Beverly E. (Simcox) Bitner.  Born in Williamsport, he was the son of the late Corelli (Batten) and Harold N. Bitner, Sr.  He honorably served his country in the Navy during Vietnam.   He worked for Mack Trucks for 17 years and later as a maintenance worker for Blommer Chocolate for many years, retiring in 2016.

Harold is survived by his wife, Beverly; son, Brian Bitner and wife Michelle of Zionsville; granddaughter, Isabella; brother-in-law, Steven Simcox of Lockhaven.

Services will be private at the convenience of the family.  Schantz Funeral Home, P.C., Emmaus is handling arrangements.
