Gerald R. Hutters, Jr., 67, of Bridgeville, DE, died Friday, July 4, 2014. He was the husband of Alicia L. Hutters. He was the son of the late Gerald R. Sr. and Agnes S. Hutters. Gerald was a Captain and rotary wing Army aviator and served in Vietnam. He relocated to the Lehigh Valley, PA area to work for Mack Trucks, Inc. in 1974. He worked in various management positions in the Information Technology department for 33 years before retiring to Bridgeville, DE. Survivors: Wife Alicia; Daughter, Mary "Shannon" Herring of Emmaus, PA; Granddaughters, Kailey and Lacey Herring. Services: Funeral Services Saturday, July 12, 2014 at 10:30 AM in in Schantz Funeral Home, P.C., 250 Main St., Emmaus followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 AM in St. Ann's Catholic Church, 415 South 6th St., Emmaus. Viewing Friday 7:00 to 8:30 PM and Saturday 9:30 to 10:30 AM in the funeral home. Interment with Military honors will follow in Belleman's Church Cemetery.
