Frederick A. Keiper, Jr., 82, of Bally, died March 8, 2024 in his residence.  He was the husband of Jenny C. (Criss) Keiper.  Born in Allentown, he was the son of the late Pearl (Hontz) and Frederick A. Keiper, Sr.  Fred started his career in construction, installation, and long-haul trucking for Bally Case and Cooler for many years, and retired as a sales executive for Kyser Needham around 2008.  He was a member of The Lutheran Church of the Holy Spirit, Emmaus.  He was a 51-year member of Lehigh Lodge #326 F&AM and the Scottish Rite, Allentown.  Fred enjoyed boating and was a longtime summer resident of the Lake Wallenpaupack area.  He enjoyed golf and winter sports, including skiing and snowmobiling.

Fred is survived by his loving wife of 19 years, Jenny; sons, Jeb Keiper and wife Sonja and Frederick A. Keiper, III and wife Kristin; grandsons, Benjamin, Christian, and Jason; stepsons, James Michael Whitehead, William Patrick Whitehead, and Kenneth H. Whitehead, Jr. and wife Lisa.

Funeral services will be held on Wed., March 13, 2024 at 11:00 AM in Schantz Funeral Home, P.C., 250 Main St., Emmaus.  Viewing 10:00 to 11:00 AM in the funeral home.  Interment will follow in Northwood Cemetery.
