Francis L. Miller, 76, of Topton, died June 18, 2017, after a lengthy illness, in The Lutheran Home at Topton, with his loving family by his side. He was affectionately known as 'Miller' or 'Punk-Punk' to many. He was the husband of Anna Louise (Rahn) Miller. Born in Kutztown, he was the son of the late Paul E. and Beulah M. (Long) Miller. Francis worked for East Penn Manufacturing, 'DEKA', in quality control from 1988 until his retirement. He previously worked in the same capacity for 16 years for the Olin Corporation in Fogelsville. Prior to that, he worked on the production line at the former Caloric Corporation, Topton. He was a member of Hope Lutheran Church, Bowers and the Senior Citizens of Topton.

Survivors: Wife, of 54 years, Anna Louise; Son, Mark L. Miller and wife Angela of Topton; Daughter, Karen L. wife of Daniel O'Donnell of New Smithville; Twin Brother, Feryl L. Miller and wife Betty of Breinigsville; Brother, Marvin J. Miller and partner Barry Chappell of Kutztown; Grandsons, Drew and Ben. He was predeceased by a brother, Kenneth D. Miller.

Services: Memorial Services Friday, June 23, 2017 at 10:30 AM in Hope Lutheran Church, 550 Fleetwood Rd., Bowers. Visitation Thursday 6:00 to 8:00 PM and Friday 9:30 to 10:30 AM in the church. Interment will follow at the Topton Union Cemetery.
