Francis R. Erb, 79, of Emmaus, died March 1, 2021 in Above and Beyond Mountain View.  Born in Allentown, he was the son of the late Marcus E. and Althea (Benfield) Erb.  He honorably served his country in the Army during Vietnam.  He worked for the former Emmaus Foundry.  He was a member of Bethel Bible Fellowship Church, the Mercantile Club of Emmaus, Alburtis Rod and Gun Club, and Citizens Fire Co. #2, Emmaus.

Francis is survived by his brother, Gerald L. Erb of Emmaus; sisters, Diana C. Erb of Allentown and Mary E. Fraccica of Riegelsville; nephews, Daniel and Anthony Fraccica.  He was predeceased by brothers, Marcus H. Erb and Kenneth L. Erb.

Services will be private at the convenience of the family.  Schantz Funeral Home, P.C., Emmaus is handling arrangements.
