Florence A. Long Florence A. Long, 95, formerly of Center Valley, died Feb. 6, 2009 in the Lutheran Home at Topton. She was the widow of the late John C. Long. Born in Shamokin, she was the daughter of the late Robert and Hannah (Cardwell) Berger. She was a member of St. Matthews E.C. Church, Emmaus. Survivors: Son, George W. Long and his wife Elizabeth of Zionsville; Daughter, Frances L. wife of Gunther Heussman of Emmaus; 3 Grandchildren. She was predeceased by a son, John Henry Long. Services: Funeral Services Tuesday, Feb. 10, 2009 at 1:30 PM in the Schantz Funeral Home, Inc., 250 Main St., Emmaus. Viewing 1:00 to 1:30 PM in the funeral home. Interment will follow in St. Pauls Blue Church Cemetery, Coopersburg.
