Fay B. Dunbar Fay B. Dunbar, 81, of Allentown, formerly of Emmaus, died May 11, 2010 in Cedarbrook Nursing Home. She was the widow of the late Spurgeon D. Dunbar who passed away in 1977. Born in Emmaus, she was the daughter of the late Woodrow W. and Loie (Beitler) Hieter. She was a secretary for Western Electric and a hostess for her familys restaurant, the former Hieters Restaurant in Emmaus. She was a member of St. Lukes Lutheran Church, Allentown. Fay was an Emmaus High School Majorette, loved dancing at Bussys and especially loved her family and friends. Survivors: Life Partner, Carl R. George, Jr. of Allentown; Daughter, Spurgeen L. Tretter of Allentown wife of the late John A. Tretter; Son, Spurgeon S. Dunbar and his wife Barbara Jo of Fogelsville; Brother, David Hieter of Advance, NC; Grandchildren, Matthew, Jessica, Spurgeon J., Joshua, James, Brandi, Rachel and Damon; Great Grandchildren, Keeven, Kanye and Kasimira.
