Everette H. Carr, Jr., 84, of Allentown, died Dec. 29, 2020 in Cedarbrook.  He was the husband of the late Nancy L. (Leith) Carr.  Born in Weir, MS, he was the son of the late Josephine Rainey (Kemp) and Everette H. Carr, Sr.  He honorably served his country in the Air Force.  He worked as a Senior Vice president in finance at Chrysler First Financial Services for many years, retiring in 1992. He was a former member of the Emmaus Lions Club, served on the board of directors for the Lehigh Valley Velodrome, former president of the West End Cemetery, Allentown, was active with the WK&S Railroad, Kempton, and was active at Cedar View Apartments.

Everette is survived by his daughters, Tracy Papsun of Allentown, Kelly C. wife of Michael Schadler of Coopersburg, and Brenda wife of Phillip Sale of Chesterfield, VA; sister, Martha Mueller of Gulf Port, MS; grandchildren, Everette Papsun, Leah Papsun, Alexis Pompa, Sebastian Pompa, Shirley P.J. Yarbrough Gaines, Scott Sale, and Adam Sale and wife Tabatha; great grandchildren, Jason Gaines Jr, Jenna Gaines, Savanah Scott-Sale, Memphis Sale, and Trinity Sale.

Services will be private.  Schantz Funeral Home, P.C., Emmaus is handling arrangements.
