Evelyn M. Sadrovitz Evelyn M. Sadrovitz, 75, of Emmaus, died Jan. 10, 2009 in Lehigh Valley Hospital Inpatient Hospice Unit. She was the wife of Joseph L. Sadrovitz. They celebrated their 53rd anniversary in June 2008. Born in Emmaus, she was the daughter of the late Earl H. and Clara M. (Silvius) Frey. She was a waitress and served as a hostess in many different restaurants in the Lehigh Valley. She was an assistant store manager for Dan Schantz for 17 years and was a dispatcher for Pipeline Petroleum for 14 years, retiring in 2000. She was a member of St. Johns UCC, Emmaus. She was a member of Emmaus Womens Club and the Ladies Auxiliaries of Limeport Fire Company, Emmaus Fire Company # 3 and Macungie Fire Company. Survivors: Husband; Son, David M. Sadrovitz and his wife Brenda of Macungie; Brother, Richard A. Frey of Emmaus; Sister, Arlene M. of Emmaus; 2 Grandchildren, Matthew D. and Melissa L. Sadrovitz.
