Evelyn R. Kelchner, 91, of Allentown, died April 14, 2018 in Lehigh Valley Hospital Cedar Crest.  She was the wife of Robert A. Kelchner with whom she shared 64 years of marriage. Born in Emmaus, she was the daughter of the late Henry and Rosa (Schwartz) Stratz.  She was a graduate of Emmaus High School. Evelyn loved baseball games and was an enthusiastic New York Mets fan!

Survivors: She is survived by her husband, Robert; Son, Glenn Kelchner and wife Anna; Daughter, Diane and companion Keith Nissen; Daughter, Debbie Kelchner; Brother, Willard Stratz and wife Grace; Sister, Elaine Klase; Grandchildren, Christina, Michele, Matthew, Kyle, Trisha, and Amanda; 4 Great-Grandchildren. Evelyn is predeceased by her daughter Carol Reifinger; Sister, Eleanor Gildner; and brother, Harold Stratz.

Services: Funeral Services will be held Friday, April 20, 2018 at 11:00 AM in Schantz Funeral Home, P.C., 250 Main St., Emmaus.  Visitation 10:00 to 11:00 AM.  Interment will follow in Woodlawn Memorial Park, Allentown.
