Eva M. Readinger Eva M. (Bundy) Readinger, 95 of Macungie died Oct. 2, 2015. She was married to the late Donald R. Readinger on April 23, 1941. Born April 12, 1920 in Northampton, she was the daughter of the late James W. and Jennie (Cole) Bundy Sr. of Orefield, PA. She was a 1938 graduate of the former South Whitehall High School and a 1941 graduate of the Allentown Hospital School of Nursing. She was employed by Allentown General Hospital and later did Private Duty Nursing and received a lifetime alumnae membership. She had past memberships with the Am. Nurses Assoc., PA Nurses Assoc., and Macungie Ambulance Corps. Community memberships included a charter membership with the Macungie Historical Society, past Macungie Memorial Park Assoc., Macungie Fire Co. #1, Senior Citizens Club of Macungie, and Lower Lehigh AARP Chapter. She was a member of Grace Lutheran Church, Macungie, and past member of the altar guild. Survivors: Daughter Mary R. wife of Thomas W. Schuck of Macungie; Granddaughter Stephanie A. wife of William F. Lone of Florida; Great Grandsons, Alexander J. and Patrick T. Lone. She was predeceased by a daughter, Carol Ann Readinger; 2 sisters, Myrtle Mantz, Lillian Donat; brother James Bundy Jr. Services: Family and Friends are invited to call Saturday, October 10, 2015 form 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM in Grace Lutheran Church, 28 West Main St. , Macungie, followed by a funeral service at 11:00 AM. Burial will follow in Solomon's Union Cemetery, Macungie. Schantz Funeral Home, Inc. Emmaus is in charge of the arrangements.
