Born on May 10, 1925 in Bath, she was the daughter of the late Myrtle Heffelfinger. She often reminisced of the good times growing up on her grandparents’ farm and attending a one-room schoolhouse. She was a proud Den Mother and active in Boy Scouting with her husband for many years. She enjoyed fishing and camping with family and friends in the past. Over the years, she worked part-time as a waitress at Willow Brook Golf Course, a salesperson in the confections department at Miller’s Department Store, and a receptionist at the medical/surgical office of Drs. Behringer and Stella in Allentown.

She was a member of St. Paul’s United Church of Christ in Northampton since 1943.

She was preceded in death by her husband, George, Sr. and her oldest son, George, Jr. She is survived by her sons, Terry L. and Michael P. and daughters-in-law, Carlotta, Karla, and Debra. She had 5 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.
