Ethel J. Dietrich, 82, of Red Hill, died July 31, 2017 in Lehigh Valley Hospital. Born in Emmaus, she was the daughter of the late Wilbur J. and Hilda A. (Millhouse) Fink .  She worked as a secretary for various construction companies, retiring in 1997.  She was a member of Jerusalem Western Salisbury Church.  She was a member and past treasurer for 12 years of the Happy Boombadears Club.

Survivors: Son, LeRoy Dietrich, Jr. and wife Barbara of Tremont; Daughters, Carol wife of Bruce Adam of Macungie, Brenda Lang and fiancée Philip Brink of Northampton, Joann wife of William Biery of Allentown, and Barbara wife of Christopher Danyluk of Bethlehem; Brother, Kenneth Fink, Sr. and wife Linda of Emmaus; 10 Grandchildren and 3 Great Grandchildren.  She was predeceased by a brother, Carlton Fink.

Services: Funeral Services will be held on Thursday, August 3, 2017 at 11:00 AM in Jerusalem Western Salisbury Church, 3441 Devonshire Road, Allentown, PA 18103.   Viewing 9:30 to 11:00 AM in the church.  Interment will follow in Western Salisbury Cemetery.
