Esther M. Mohr, age 92, of Macungie, passed away on June 23, 2023 in Legend of Allentown. She was the loving wife to the late Clarence W. Mohr, Jr. with whom they shared 52 years of marriage. Born in Macungie, she was a daughter of the late Jonathan and Emma (Kline) Schantzenbach.

She graduated from Emmaus High School. Esther and her husband owned and operated Macungie Bakery. She worked for Day-Timer and Macungie Boro Office. She was a member of Solomon's U.C.C., in Macungie and the Emmaus Women's Club. Esther loved to play cards and enjoyed reading.

Esther is survived by sons, Ronald Mohr and his wife Mary Lou and Randy Mohr; grandchildren; Jennifer Ruland and her husband Ken, Daniel Mohr and his wife Tricia, Hilary Fischl and her husband David and Sallie Yencho and her husband Tom and five great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by son, David Mohr; brothers, Norman, Henry, Paul and Woodrow Schantzenbach and sisters, Verna Powell and Faye Derr.

Services will be private at the convenience of the family.
