Ernest O. Kistler, Jr. Ernest O. Kistler, Jr. 83, of Emmaus, died February 4, 2011 in Lehigh Center. He was the husband of the late Dorothy M. A. (Frankenfield) Kistler. Born in Allentown, he was the son of the late Helen (Haas) and Ernest O. Kistler, Sr. He was a graduate of Emmaus High School and Penn State University. He was a manager of Pennsylvania State Liquor Stores in the Lehigh Valley area for 30 years retiring in 1986. He was a life member and past board member of the Mercantile Club, Emmaus. Ernie had a passion for all sports with an affinity for statistics. Survivors: Sons, Clinton D. Smith, Jr. of Wilmington, NC, Michael D. Smith of San Diego, CA, Ted Schantzenbach and his fianc Debbie Bishop of Quakertown; Daughters, Linda L. wife of Robert F. Miller, Sr. with whom he resided, Barbara A. Stein of Emmaus, Yvonne D. wife of Randy Kutz of Kutztown, Wanda D. wife of William Driscoll of Las Vegas, NV; 15 Grandchildren and 12 Great Grandchildren.
