Eric C. Moyer, born July 10, 1997, passed suddenly July 4, 2024.  He was a 2015 graduate of UPHS and attended Western Montgomery Tech School to become an electrician, for which he held several jobs.  His interest in real estate led him to buying his first of many properties at the young age of 18.  As he continued this pursuit, he enjoyed going to sheriff sales and property auctions.  Eric was passionate and driven about his real estate business, becoming quite knowledgeable in the field and making many friends and acquaintances along the way in the business, recovery world, and Fellowship Houses.  Eric loved our dog, Sadie and enjoyed taking her on long walks in the Lehigh Parkway.  He was an avid sports fan of the Eagles and 76ers and participated in MMA classes, fitness training, disc golf, and mountain biking.  He enjoyed time spent with his cousins, Drew and Gabe, who were like brothers to him.  Eric was a loving son, brother, and friend who was caring, compassionate, and generously gave back to his community.  He will be missed more than he ever knew and, be in our hearts, forever.

Eric will be lovely remembered by his mother, Debra; sister, Nicole wife of Josh Landis.  He was predeceased by his father, Glenn on July 29, 2011 and his maternal and paternal grandparents.

Memorial services will be held on Sat., July 13, 2024 at 11:30 AM in Schantz Funeral Home, P.C., 250 Main St., Emmaus.  Visitation 10:00 to 11:30 AM in the funeral home.
