Elinor M. Gerhart, 94, formerly of Salisbury Twp., passed away peacefully on January 8, 2026 in Lehigh Valley Hospice - Inpatient.  She was the wife of the late Rodney "Rocky" Gerhart.  Born in Old Zionsville, she was the daughter of the late Leon F. and Louisa E. (Clauser) Kehs.  She was a 1949 graduate of Emmaus High School.  Elinor provided childcare in her home for many years.  She was an active member of Jerusalem Western Salisbury Church.

Elinor is survived by her daughters, Patti A. Labenberg and Gail K. wife of David Ream; grandchildren, Elizabeth, Meagan, Dan, Jessica, Katie, Amanda, and Zachary; 15 great grandchildren; brother, Ronald Kehs and wife Dianne; sisters, Ethel DeLong and Anne Louise LaFaver.  She was predeceased by brothers, Ernest and Kermit Kehs.

A graveside service will be held on Saturday, January 17, 2026 at 11:00 AM in Western Salisbury Cemetery.  Schantz Funeral Home, P.C., Emmaus is handling arrangements.
