Eleanor R. Dickinson, 92, formerly of Macungie, died July 13, 2023 in Phoebe Home.  She was the wife of the late Whitford R. Dickinson, Jr.  Born in Nazareth, she was the daughter of the late Kenneth V. and Mabel M. (Fehr) Teada.  Eleanor worked in the cafeteria at Shoemaker Elementary School for 18 years, retiring in 1995.  She was a member of Grace Lutheran Church, Macungie.

Eleanor is survived by her son, John M. Dickinson and wife Allie of Macungie; 7 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.  She was predeceased by a daughter, Shirley Ritter.

Funeral services will be held on Tue., July 18, 2023 at 11:00 AM in Schantz Funeral Home, P.C., 250 Main St., Emmaus.  Viewing 10:00 to 11:00 AM in the funeral home.  Interment will follow in Fairview Cemetery, Macungie.
