Elaine B. Klase, 83, of Emmaus, died Dec. 15, 2021 in her residence.  She was the wife of the late Russell A. Klase.  Born in Allentown, she was the daughter of the late Henry and Rosa (Schwartz) Stratz.  Elaine was a loving homemaker.  She was a member of Zion's Evangelical Lutheran Church and the Emmaus Garden Club, where she served as past president.

Elaine is survived by her sons, Russell A. Klase, II and wife Lori of Parachute, CO and Richard H. Klase and wife Sharyn of Emmaus; brother, Willard Stratz of New Bern, NC; grandchildren, Russell A., III, Aaron J., Kandase wife of Samuel Scott, and Kaselyn wife of Shawnee Keiser and great grandchildren, Kaitlin and Samuel.  She was predeceased by siblings, Harold Stratz, Eleanor Gildner, and Evelyn Kelchner.

Funeral services will be held on Tue., Dec. 21, 2021 at 11:00 AM in Schantz Funeral Home, P.C., 250 Main St., Emmaus.  Viewing 10:00 to 11:00 AM in the funeral home.  Interment will follow in Woodlawn Memorial Park, Allentown.
