Edna M. Wertman Edna M. Wertman, 98, of Weatherly and formerly of Emmaus, entered eternal life on Fri., Dec. 23, 2011 in Whitehall Manor. She was the widow of Lawrence R. Wertman who died in 1999. Born May 30, 1913 in Hosensack, she was the daughter of the late Abrahm and Katie Geissinger. Edna was a homemaker and did seamstress work at her home for family and friends for many years. She was a member of Upper Milford Mennonite Church and a member of the churches Ladies Auxiliary for many years. Survivors: Son, David A. Wertman and wife Michele of Allentown; Daughter, Jane M. (Wertman) Fairchild of Weatherly; Brother, Norman Geissinger of Chambersburg; Sister, Esther wife of James Miller of Robesonia; Granddaughter, Lindsay wife of Michael Hoffman of Bethlehem; Great Grandsons, Ryan and Nicholas Hoffman. She was predeceased by brothers, Paul and Wilmer Geissinger, sister, Arlene Bauman, and son-in-law, Victor Fairchild. Services: Funeral Service Wednesday, Dec. 28, 2011 at 11:00 AM in Upper Milford Mennonite Church, 6450 Kings Highway, Zionsville, PA 18092. Viewing 10:00 to 11:00 AM in the church.
