Doris Jane Schmoyer Doris Jane (DeLong) Schmoyer, 83, of Emmaus, died peacefully at home on Friday, December 27. She was the wife of Floyd C. Schmoyer for 63 years. Born in Wescosville, she was the daughter of the late Luke and Myra (Mickley) DeLong. She was a loving and devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother. She was an accomplished vocalist, pianist, and organist. She was an active member of St. John's U.C.C. Emmaus, serving on the Board of Christian Ed., Music Committee, Tape Ministry, choir, and home visitation. Survivors: In addition to her loving husband, she is survived by daughters, Myra Sell (Dennis), Lora Lesak (David), and Bonnie Keck (Donald); Sister, Dolores Xander wife of Donald, all residing locally. In addition there are six grandchildren, Marla Sell, Jonathan Keck, Dr. Erin Keck Donohue, Lyndie Keck, Dr. Jana Lesak Houser, and Scott Lesak and 2 Great- Grandchildren. Services: Funeral Service Thursday, Jan. 2, 2013 at 12 Noon in St. John's U.C.C., 139 North 4th St., Emmaus, PA 18049. Viewing 10:30 to 12 Noon in the church. Interment will follow in Northwood Cemetery. Schantz Funeral Home, P.C., Emmaus is handling arrangements. Contributions: In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to St. John's U.C.C.
