Doris S. Munyan Doris S. Munyan, 86, of Macungie, died May 19, 2014 in Lehigh Valley Hospital Cedar Crest. She was the wife of Rev. Edgar H. Munyan. Born in Philadelphia, she was the daughter of the late John P. and Agatha (Spoerl) Simons. She was a graduate of the former Philadelphia School of the Bible. She was a public speaker, Sunday School Teacher, and was active in the Women's Ministry on the East Coast. She received dialysis for 30 years and served as chaplain for Fresenius Dialysis Center. She was a member of the Cedar Crest Bible Fellowship Church. Doris was a member of Christian Woman's Club, a youth leader for many years, and Prayer Coordinator for Leighton Ford's "Here's Life Allentown." Doris loved to play the piano. Survivors: Husband, Sons, Stephen A. Munyan and wife Lynn of Macungie, Daniel E. Munyan and wife Leslie of Elizabethtown, and John S. Munyan and wife Beth of Nazareth; 8Grandchildren and 10 Great Grandchildren. She was predeceased by daughter, Kathy Lois Munyan. Services: Memorial Service Saturday, May 24, 2014 at 3:00 PM at Cedar Crest Bible Fellowship, 1151 S Cedar Crest Blvd, Allentown, PA 18103. Friends may call in the church from 1:45 to 2:45 P.M.
