Doris Neff Focht, 94, of Macungie, died July 22, 2024 in residence.  She was the wife of the late Richard R. Focht.  Born in Palmerton, she was the daughter of the late Elizabeth (Hughes) and Alfred D. Neff, Sr.  Doris was a 1947 graduate of Slatington High School.  She worked as a telephone operator for Bell Telephone for 31 years, retiring in 1983.  She was a member of St. Paul's U.C.C., Trexlertown.

Doris will be remembered by her children, Dennis R. Focht and wife Denise of Emmaus, Diann wife of Howie Nonnemacher of Emmaus, and Douglas R. Focht and wife Dana of Macungie; grandchildren, Matthew Diehl and companion Nikki Gelfo, Heather Diehl, Eric Focht and wife Allie, Kyle Focht and wife Stephanie, Scott Focht and wife Kati, Kevin Focht, and Ashley Focht; great grandchildren, Bryce, Ryan, Nora, Rowan, Zach, Jayla, Riley, Cole, and Elliana.  She was predeceased by sons, David R. Focht and Kevin Focht and grandson, Jacob Diehl.

Services will be private at the convenience of the family.  Schantz Funeral Home, P.C., Emmaus is handling arrangements.
