Donald H. Gery, Jr., 70, of Emmaus, died July 25, 2024 in his residence.  He was the husband of Susan Shoemaker.  Born in Jacksonville, FL, he was the son of the late Donald H. Gery, Sr. and Elizabeth Reinert.  Don worked as a union plant steward for the former Caloric and later worked as a Tastykake vendor in the Whitehall and Northampton area for many years before retiring.  He was a founding member of the Keystone 4-Wheeler Club.

Donald will be remembered by his wife of 42 years, Susan, stepson, Tim Becker and wife Staci of Irmo, SC; stepdaughter, Angela Becker and companion Rachael of Marshall, MI; 9 grandchildren and 1 great granddaughter.

Memorial services will be held on Tues., July 30, 2024 at 2:00 PM in Schantz Funeral Home, P.C., 250 Main St., Emmaus.  Visitation 1:00 to 2:00 PM in the funeral home.
