David E. Renninger, 93, formerly of Emmaus, died April 13, 2025 in Preston Residence at Jenner's Pond, West Grove.  He was the husband of the late Catherine B. (Gehman) Renninger.  Born in Reading, he was the son of the late Roy and Harietta (Renninger) Renninger.  David honorably served his country in the Army during Korea.  He was a partner in Bayard Sales Corp, a wholesale floor covering distributor in the northeastern US for many years, retiring in 1991.  He was a member of St. John's Lutheran Church, Emmaus.

David is survived by his three children, Sherry Renninger Sutton (William), Scott Renninger (Barbara), and Lori Renninger Sweede; eight grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren; brother, Roy Renninger (Doris); sisters, Audrey Sterkin and Yvonne McClellan.

A celebration of life will be held at St. John's Lutheran Church, 501 Chestnut Street, Emmaus PA, at 11:00 AM on May 10, 2025, followed by a luncheon in the Church Hall.  Schantz Funeral Home, P.C., Emmaus is handling arrangements.
