Darlene L. Hamershock Darlene L. Hamershock, 53, of Macungie died Oct. 14, 2010 in Lehigh Valley Hospital. She was the widow of the late James F. Hamershock. Born in Bethlehem, she was the daughter of Eleanor (Kunsman) Skelton of Macungie and the late Joseph D. Casey. She worked as a clinical data coordinator for Lehigh Valley Hospital for the past 23 years. She was a member of St. Peters Union Church, Macungie. Survivors: Mother; Sons, Michael J. Hamershock and wife Jennifer of Emmaus and James Hamershock of Macungie; Brothers, Joey Casey and wife Kim of Las Vegas, NV and Michael Casey and wife Sherry of Macungie; Sisters, Jo-an wife of Jeff Wertman of Nesquehoning, Elley Strobl of Allentown, Doris wife of Clint Kupfer of Tooele, UT, and Michele Gross of Bushkill; Grandchildren, Dawson, Gunner, and James, III. She was predeceased by a daughter, Angela Hamershock. Services: Viewing Monday, Oct. 18, 2010 from 7:00 to 8:30 PM in Schantz Funeral Home, Inc., 250 Main St., Emmaus. Memorial Service Wed., Oct. 20, 2010 at 11:00 AM in St. Peters Union Church, 7863 St. Peters Road, Macungie. Interment will follow in St. Peters Union Cemetery.
