Dale R. Stoeckel, 87, of Emmaus, passed away April 4, 2026 in Lehigh Valley Inpatient Hospice. He was the husband of Mary (Falhamer) Stoeckel. Born in Emmaus, he was the son of the late Richard and Della (Shugard) Stoeckel. Dale worked as a self-employed general contractor. He also enjoyed working on his “patch”. He was a member of Emmaus Moravian Church.

Dale is survived by his wife, Mary; children, Daniel Stoeckel (Donna), Lani Shimandle (Scott), and Perri Matejcek (Michael); grandchildren, Rebecca Cichocki (Michael), Joshua Stoeckel (Courtney), Jacob Stoeckel (Markella), Jillian Stoeckel, Jennifer Thomas (James), Kaitlyn Shimandle, Jonathan Matejcek, Gabrielle Matejcek (Theodore), and Christopher Matejcek; great grandchildren, Brooke and Aubrey Feifel, Dalton, Jack and Grace Stoeckel, Landon Thomas, Wyatt, Crew, and baby Stoeckel; brother, Donald Stoeckel. He was predeceased by a daughter-in-law, Deborah Stoeckel and sister-in-law, Gail Stoeckel.

A funeral service will be held on Fri., April 10, 2026 at 11:00 AM in Schantz Funeral Home, P.C., 250 Main St., Emmaus. Viewing 9:30 to 11:00 AM in the funeral home. Interment will follow in Grandview Cemetery.
