Dale S. Fenstermaker, 69, of Emmaus, died February 9, 2023 in Lehigh Valley Hospital.  He was the husband of Marilyn E. (Schantz) Fenstermaker.  Born in Allentown, he was the son of the late Helen C. (Wessner) and Walter J. Fenstermaker, Jr.  Dale was a 1971 graduate of Emmaus High School.  In his younger years, he worked at the family business, Fenstermaker's Market.  Before retiring, he worked for the USDA as a food safety inspector.  His greatest passions were his granddaughters, traveling, especially cruising, gardening, Baltimore Orioles, Philadelphia Eagles, and Flyers.

Dale is survived by his loving wife of 50 years, Marilyn; son, Mark and his wife Theresa; granddaughters, Angela and Rebecca; in-laws, Marvin and Blanche Schantz.  He was predeceased by his parents, son, Robert, and brother Kenneth and his wife Cheryl.

Funeral services will be held on Tues. Feb. 14, 2023 at 11:00 AM in Schantz Funeral Home, P.C., 250 Main St., Emmaus.  Viewing 9:30 to 11:00 AM in the funeral home.  Interment will follow in Northwood Cemetery.
