Cheryl (Kelley) Crawford, 74, of Macungie, died Sept. 3, 2022 in Lehigh Valley Hospice.  She was the wife of Dr. Allen R. Crawford, Jr.  Born Nov. 20, 1947 in North Plainfield, NJ, she was the daughter of the late Robert A. and Millwood (Lambert) Kelley.  She was a 1969 graduate of Cedar Crest College.  Cheryl worked as an elementary school teacher in North Plainfield, NJ.  She was a very hard worker, always thought of the other person, and was always a detailed perfectionist.  She was a member of Emmaus Moravian Church.  Cheryl loved needlepoint, knitting, crafts, and her dog, Baxter.  She was an excellent cook and enjoyed skiing, the Jersey Shore, and football games.  She was meticulous in every endeavor from decorating the Christmas tree to making her amazing chocolate chip cookies.

Cheryl is survived by her loving husband of 52 years, Dr. Allen R. Crawford, Jr.; son, Spencer Crawford of Emmaus.  She was predeceased by her brother, Robert Kelley.

Services will be private at the convenience of the family.  Schantz Funeral Home, P.C.,  Emmaus is handling arrangements.
