Charles Oleksa, 92, formerly of Macungie, died June 29, 2022 in Lehigh Valley Hospital.  He was the husband of June D. (Hilbert) Oleksa.  Born in Macungie, he was the son of the late Wasyl and Mary (Chaban) Oleksa.  He honorably served his country in the Marine Corps during Korea.  He worked for Buckeye Pipeline for 38 years, retiring in 1991 as Director of Oil Movements.  He was a member of Solomon's U.C.C., Macungie and was an avid golfer.

Charles is survived by his loving wife of 69 years, June; son, Mark D. Oleksa and wife Stacey of Fort Worth, TX; daughter, Carol A. Misus of Collegeville; grandchildren, Madeleine and Ryan.  He was predeceased by a brothers, John and Metro Oleksa.

Funeral services will be held on Wed., July 6, 2022 at 11:00 AM in Schantz Funeral Home, 250 Main St., Emmaus.  Viewing 10:00 to 11:00 AM in the fuenral home.  Interment will follow in Fairview Cemetery, Macungie.
