Carol R. Smith, 79, of Allentown, died April 2, 2023 in St. Luke's University Hospital, Bethlehem.  She was the wife of Harvey Smith.  Born in Allentown, she was the daughter of the late Irvin and Charlotte (Wellington) Kulp.  She worked for many years as a waitress.  She was a devout Christian.

Carol is survived by her husband, Harvey; sons, Charles E. Mohr of Fleetwood and Randolph F. Mohr, Sr. and wife Sue of Coopersburg; daughters, Tina M. Mohr of Allentown and Nikki Smith of Allentown; grandchildren, Randolph, Jr., Drew, Allyshia, Tanya, and Jonathan; 5 great grandchildren; brothers, Ernest Kulp and wife Beverly of Alburtis and Norman "Butch" Kulp and wife Gail of Florida.  She was predeceased by a daughter, Charlotte "Mitzi" Mohr.
