Carol A. Shupp, 78, of Pen Argyl, passed away October 9, 2026 in Slate Belt Health and Rehab Center. She was the wife of Joseph F. Shupp, with whom she shared 57 years of marriage. Born in Bethlehem, she was the daughter of the late Charles and Mary (Sydorak) Lazun. Carol worked as a health aide for many years before retiring.

Carol is survived by her husband, Joseph; daughters, Evelyne Shupp and Deborah Shupp; grandchildren, Joseph, Ashton, Winter, Anthony, and Marcello; great grandchildren, Adam and Dymetry. She was predeceased by her brothers, Charles Lazun and Richard Lazun.

Services will be private at the convenience of the family. Schantz Funeral Home, P.C., Emmaus is handling arrangements.
