Carol Sue Doup, 74, of New Tripoli, entered the arms of Jesus Sept. 20, 2018 in her residence.  She was the widow of Robert L. Doup.  Born in Allentown, she was the daughter of the late Dr. Frederick and Eloise (Miller) Dry.  She was a graduate of Dickinson College, University of PA, and Rutgers Law School.  She was a Lehigh County Deputy Solicitor for Children and Youth.  Previously, she was an Assistant District Attorney for Lehigh County.  She was a member of New Beginnings Fellowship Church.

Carol is survived by her son, Andrew Doup of Hilton Head, SC; daughter, Zarah wife of Andrew Beishline of New Tripoli; brother, David Dry of Palm Springs, CA; grandchildren, Skyye, William, Jack, Theodore, and Alexander.

A Welcome Home Party will be held on Tue., Sept. 25, 2018 at 6:00 PM in New Beginnings Fellowship Church, 3 710 Hamilton Blvd., Allentown, PA 18103.  Schantz Funeral Home, P.C., Emmaus is handling arrangements.

In lieu of flowers a blessing may be made to the Levi Adoption & Foster Care Ministry at New Beginnings .
