Carmela M. "Millie" Cerami, 97, of Emmaus, died May 11, 2023 in Cedarbrook Fountain Hill. She was the wife of the late Leonard Cerami. Born in Allentown, she was the daughter of the late Domenico and Rosa (LiNuci) Casciano. Carmela was a 1943 graduate of Allentown High School. She worked for the family business, Cerami Italian Groceries in Allentown for many years. She was a member of St. Ann's Catholic Church.

Carmela is survived by her sons, Philip L. Cerami and wife Debra of Sierra Vista, AZ, Dominic A. Cerami and wife Nancy of Whitehall, Mark S. Cerami and wife Cathy of Coopersburg, Michael J. Cerami, and Christopher D. Cerami and wife Cynthia of Emmaus; 15 grandchildren and many great grandchildren and great great grandchildren. She was predeceased by a son, Leonard Cerami, Jr.

Services will be private at the convenience of the family. Schantz Funeral Home, P.C., Emmaus is handling arrangements.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Cemetery, Allentown.
