Carl W. Rodenbach Carl W. Rodenbach, 72, of Lower Macungie Twp., died Sept. 20, 2008 as a result of a motor vehicle accident. He was the husband of Mary Jane (Schmeltzle) Rodenbach. They celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary on Sept. 6, 2008. Born in Upper Macungie Twp., he was the son of the late William G. and Martha E. (Frey) Rodenbach. He worked for Lehigh County in the Road Maintenance Department, retiring in 2000. Previously he worked for Unarco Commercial Products. He was an avid hunter and fisherman and member of Alburtis Rod and Gun Club, the NRA, and the Fish and Game Association. He was a member of Jerusalem Church at Western Salisbury. Survivors: Wife; Daughters, Diane wife of John Zeravsky of Emmaus and Donna wife of Robert Conklin of Allentown; Brother, George Rodenbach of Fogelsville; Sisters, Joyce Hahn of Allentown and Sandra wife of Kermit Schaller of Colorado; Grandchildren, Jon, Tanya, and Jason; Great Grandson, John Robert.
