Carl G. Debus, of Coopersburg, peacefully passed into eternal life with his loving wife by his side. He was the husband of Loretta A. (Beck) Debus to whom he was married 34 years. Carl was a member of Chestnut Hill Church and attended East Swamp Church. He was a graduate of Southern Lehigh High School and graduated from Kutztown University with a degree in teaching and Library Science. He was a retiree of the PBNE Railroad.

Survivors: Carl will be dearly missed by his wife Loretta, sister Eileen Brenner and Connie Manfredo of Zionsville, niece Kristine Ramos of New Jersey, nephew Michael Manfredo of Macungie, sister-in-law Sonia (Debus) Simon of Macungie and husband Bernard, sister-in-law Nancy Marple of Allentown and husband John.

Services: A memorial service to celebrate Carl's life will be held on Saturday, January 28th at 10:00 AM in Chestnut Hill Church, 6870 Chestnut Hill Church Road, Coopersburg, PA 18036 . Schantz Funeral Home, P.C., Emmaus is handling arrangements.
