Carl A. Buss Carl A. Buss, 85, of Emmaus, died January 31, 2008 in Liberty Nursing and Rehab, Allentown. He was the husband of Harriet J. (Zepp) Buss. They celebrated their 53rd wedding anniversary in November 2007. Born in Emmaus, he was the son of the late Sterling W. and Esther E. (Zentner) Buss. He owned Buss Peanut Shop for 13 years from 1942 to 1955 and later started Buss Paint and Wallpaper, Emmaus for 23 years, retiring in 1978. Survivors: Wife; Daughters, Rebecca L. wife of Stephen Martin of Bethlehem and Jean M. wife of Dr. Okio Hino of Tokyo, Japan; Grandchildren, Mami Seo, Ari Hino, Josephine M. Hino, Stephanie O.
