Carl F. "Pappy" Androsky, 76, of Allentown, passed away surrounded by loved ones on August 24, 2018 at Lehigh Valley Hospital. He was born in Glen Campbell, PA to the late John and Anna Androsky on June 16, 1942.

In January 1963, Carl married Pat Marsteller, and they embarked on a 53-year journey to work it their way. Over the next four years, the couple joyfully welcomed their first daughter Cynthia and later, their second daughter Carol.

Carl worked a variety of jobs, always proud to provide opportunities for his family. He was a hardworking and loyal employee for 30 years at Exide, where he walked to and from work every day. He also worked at Marsteller Meats, Imperial, and Wentz.

Carl enjoyed fishing, golfing, hunting, lawn and handy work, watching sports, and observing nature in his back yard. He brought enormous joy and imparted great wisdom on his family as he shared his vast knowledge and hobbies. Later in life, as his family acquired more skills, and handy work became more difficult for Carl to perform, he adapted and became a humorous and accomplished supervisor.

Carl's loving nature, quick wit, and jokester personality will be deeply missed by those who survive him: daughters Cindy and Carol, sons-in-law Mark Ross and Robert Morenci, siblings Irene Cooper and Joseph Androsky, grandchildren Ana-Sophia, Jacob, Carissa, McKinley, and many nieces and nephews. Carl was preceded in death by his wife, Pat, 10 brothers and sisters, and parents.

On Saturday, October 27, 2018 a memorial and celebration of life in accordance with the way Carl lived his, will be held at the Mercantile in Emmaus at 12:30PM. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be sent to Schantz Funeral Home, 250 Main St, Emmaus, PA 18049.
