Carine A. Babcock, 68, formerly of Easton, died February 26, 2020 in Lehigh Center. Born in Easton, she was the daughter of the late Harold and Dorothy (Grow) Schaeffer. Carine was a short order cook for many years at the West Easton Volunteer Fire Company Social Club. She was a long-time member of the West Easton Volunteer Fire Company Social Club as well as the West Easton Athletic Association and the Marine Corp League.

Carine is survived by her daughters, Crystal Hoopes of Emmaus and Stacy wife of Scott Simek of Lehighton; son, Cary Babcock of Melbourne, Florida; grandchildren, Adriana, Gage, Shayla, and Shelby.

Services will be private at the convenience of the family. Schantz Funeral Home, P.C., Emmaus is handling arrangements.
