Bruce L. Carl, 60, of Emmaus, died Oct. 3, 2025 in his residence.   He was the partner of Todd B. Shafer.  Born in Allentown, he was the son of the late Gloria T. (Reese) Carl and James M. Carl, Sr.  He was a member of many social clubs including Citizens Fire Co. #2, Emmaus.

Bruce is survived by his partner, Todd; siblings, Patricia T. and her husband Ralph Breinich of Emmaus, Jeanette A. and her husband Dennis Madaya of Walnutport, Deborah J. Bloxham-Hamel of The Villages, FL, Cynthia L. Polster and Butch Merritt of The Villages, FL, Kathleen L. Glatly and Paul Abdalla of Vera Beach, FL, James M. and Donna Carl, Jr. of Somerfield, FL, and Neil C. and Joanne Carl of Emmaus.

A graveside service will be held on Wed., Oct. 15, 2025 at 11:30 AM in Cedar Hill Memorial Park, Allentown.  Schantz Funeral Home, P.C., 250 Main Street, Emmaus is handling arrangements.
