Bruce D. Bear, 84, of Emmaus, died Feb. 20, 2021 in his home.  He was the companion of Barbara A. Ettinger.  Born in Emmaus, he was the son of the late Harold and Edith (Brahler) Bear.  He honorably served his country in the Army.  Bruce was a purchasing agent for Bally Case and Cooler, the former Ross Bicycle Shop, and Allen Organ.  He also was a bus driver for the former Holiday Travel and the former Bieber Bus.  He was a member of Grace U.C.C., Allentown.

Bruce is survived by his companion, Barbara; children, Robin L. wife of Frank Steinhofer of Breinigsville, Scott L. Bear and wife Debbie of Lake Mary, FL, Gregory B. Bear of Emmaus, and Jody A. Husar of West Palm Beach, FL; grandsons, Matthew A. Wieder and wife Jessica of Macungie and Mark D. Wieder of Schnecksville; great grandson, Liam A. Wieder.  He was predeceased by a brother, Junior Bear.

Funeral services will be held on Fri., Feb. 26, 2021 at 11:00 AM in Schantz Funeral Home, P.C., 250 Main St., Emmaus.  Viewing 10:00 to 11:00 AM in the funeral home.  Interment with military honors will follow in Northwood Cemetery.
