Brigitte Luengen Brigitte Luengen, 80, of Allentown, died May 30, 2007 in her home. She was the widow of the late Hans Luengen. Born in Langenols, Silesia, Germany, she was the daughter of the late Ernst and Elise Hoffmann. She, along with her husband, were the owners of the former Bobs Bakery, Allentown for 15 years, retiring in 1985. She was a member of Bethany United Methodist Church. Survivors: Son, Ernest W. Luengen and wife Judith of Schnecksville; Grandchildren, Christian, Tristan, and Stefan. Services: Funeral Services Saturday, June 2, 2007 at 10:30 AM in the Horace W. Schantz Funeral Home, Inc., 250 Main St., Emmaus. Friends may call 10:00 to 10:30 am in the funeral home. Interment in Grandview Cemetery, Allentown.
