Barry A. Joseph, 89, of Allentown, died Feb. 18, 2021 in Lehigh Valley Hospital Muhlenberg.  He was the husband of Nancy L. (Reichelderfer) Joseph.  Born in Allentown, he was the son of the late Abraham and Minnie (Kassis) Joseph.  Barry was a graduate of Moravian Prep and Kutztown University.  He honorably served his country in the Army during the Korean War.  He was a occupational therapist and counselor at Allentown State Hospital for 25 years and later was a real estate agent for Monaghan and Frederick Real Estate.  He was a member of Jerusalem Western Salisbury Church, where he taught Adult Sunday School.  He was a member of the American Legion.

Barry is survived by his wife of 62 years, Nancy; son, Lance B. Joseph and wife Deborah of Schnecksville; daughters, Lisa L. Joseph of Allentown, Kimberly A. Joseph of Allentown, and Chaunee D. Joseph of Allentown; 6 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.

Services will be private at the convenience of the family.  Schantz Funeral Home, P.C., Emmaus is handling arrangements.
