Barbara M. Wright, 81, of Macungie, passed away November 15, 2014 in Lehigh Center. Born in Syracuse, NY, she was the daughter of the late Harold C. and Leora M. (Van Brocklin) Wright. She was an elementary school teacher for the Easton Area School District form 1963 until her retirement in 1991. Previously she taught in the North Coventry School District for four years. She was the past president of the Emmaus Chapter V of the Philanthropic Educational Organization. She was a member of Faith Evangelical Free Church, Allentown. Survivors: Sister; Marilyn L. Wright of Baldwinsville, NY, Cousins; Chris Van Brocklin and wife Shelli of Ellicott, MD, Bruce Van Brocklin of Seattle, WA, Walter Mitchell of Oriskany, NY, and Gene Wright and wife Roberta of Naples, FL. Services: Memorial Service Tuesday, Nov. 18, 2014 at 11:00 AM in Schantz Funeral Home P.C. 250 Main St. Emmaus. Visitation 10:00 to 11:00 AM in the funeral home.
