Barbara J. Strunk Barbara J. Strunk, 62, of Lehighton, formerly of Laurys Station, died April 3, 2008 in the Blue Mountain Health Systems, Gnaden Huetten Campus. Born in Allentown, she was the daughter of the late Willis F. and Hilda J. (Mizur) Knaake. She worked for the Commonwealth of PA for 35 years, last working in the Lehigh County Assistance Office and retired in 2006 as an Income Maintenance Caseworker Supervisor. Survivors: Son, Brett W. Saylor of Dublin; Daughter, Nicole A. Strunk of Lehighton and fianc Pierce W. Wagner; Brother, Larry J. Knaake and wife Jean of Allentown; Sister, Linda J. wife of Danny Davies of Whitehall; her beloved muttley crew, Ralph, Zowie, Cashew, and Crazy Mazie.
