Arlene H. Koch Arlene H. Koch, 92, formerly of Breinigsville, died October 4, 2011 in Holy Spirit Hospital, Camp Hill. She was the widow of Homer G. Koch. Born in Emmaus, she was the daughter of the late Charles and Lillie (Warmkessel) Sallade. She was a secretary for the East Penn School District for 30 years, retiring in 1981. She was a member of St. Pauls U.C.C., Trexlertown. Survivors: Daughter, Susan L. wife of Barry Fallon of Etters; Granddaughter, April Booth and Great Grandchildren, Jake Booth and Jenny Rusling all of Washington; many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by sisters, Ruth Reiss and Mildred Acker and a brother, Clarence Sallade. Services: Funeral Services Mon., Oct. 10, 2011 at 2:00 PM in St. Pauls U.C.C., 1249 Trexlertown Rd, Trexlertown. Friends may call 1:00 to 2:00 PM in the church.
