Anthony Conte, 84, of Macungie, died January 7, 2025 in Lehigh Valley Hospital – Cedar Crest.  He was the husband of Janet L. (Mehrtens) Conte.  Born in Brooklyn, NY, he was the son of the late Angelo and Josephine (Maltese) Conte.  Anthony honorably served his country in the US Navy.  He worked for many years in the automotive industry, starting as a mechanic and later served as a service writer/director before retiring.  He was a member of the Knights of Columbus.

Anthony will be remembered by his wife of 61 years, Janet; son, Michael A. Conte and wife Krista; daughters, Marie S. wife of Kevin Stitzel and Christine wife of Donald Becker; grandchildren, Matthew, Cole, Kendall, Alec, Carter, and Cooper; brother, Angelo Conte.  He was predeceased by brothers, Joseph Conte and Nicholas Conte.

A celebration of Anthony's life with military honors will be held on Sat., April 5, 2025 at 11:00 AM in Schantz Funeral Home, P.C., 250 Main St., Emmaus.  visitation 10:00 to 11:00 AM in the funeral home.
